The Flipkart Group has unveiled a new financial service called Flipkart Pay Later, developed in collaboration with PayU Finance. This innovative credit solution allows customers to enjoy flexible repayment options directly integrated into the checkout process. The service is now available across various platforms, including Flipkart, Myntra, and Flipkart Minutes, making it easier for consumers to manage their purchases. With this launch, Flipkart aims to enhance the shopping experience by providing customers with more control over their spending.
Flipkart Pay Later offers three distinct repayment methods tailored to meet the diverse needs of its users. The first option allows customers to defer payments for up to 30 days, making it ideal for everyday purchases. The second option, known as Pay in 3, enables customers to divide the total cost of their purchases into three manageable payments. For larger items such as electronics, furniture, and appliances, the service also includes Equated Monthly Installments (EMI) plans that range from three to twelve months, thereby making significant purchases more accessible to a broader audience. The Pay Later and Pay in 3 options are particularly suited for frequent, lower-value transactions, while the EMI plans cater to those looking to invest in higher-value goods.
