The incident, which she detailed on Reddit, has sparked significant discussion regarding privacy and the appropriate use of customer information. The woman expressed her discomfort, noting that the support executive had access to sensitive details, including her address and full name, which she had shared during her attempt to resolve an issue with a food order.

In her post, the woman explained that she had ordered food through Zomato but did not receive it. Subsequently, she contacted the customer support team for assistance. During this interaction, the support executive requested her phone number, assuring her it was necessary to address her complaint.
