According to official announcements, discussions are scheduled for September 7 and 8 in Chennai, followed by a session in Puducherry on September 9. The aim of these meetings is to collect region-specific insights from employee organizations and unions, which will be instrumental in shaping the Commission's final report.

Organizations, federations, and unions representing Central government employees who wish to engage with the Commission during these consultations are required to submit their appointment requests online by August 18. This application must include the unique Memo ID that is generated upon uploading the organization's memorandum. The Commission has indicated that further details regarding the specific venues and timings for individual meetings will be communicated separately to those eligible to participate. The consultation schedule is organized geographically, with the Chennai meetings designated solely for stakeholders from Tamil Nadu, while the Puducherry discussions are reserved for organizations located within the Union Territory.
