Engineer Claims Unjust Termination After Six Months at IT Firm

A software engineer has recently shared their unsettling experience of being abruptly terminated from their position at an Indian IT services firm, just six months after being hired as a contract employee. In a detailed post on Reddit, the engineer expressed frustration over the lack of transparency and communication from the company, which cited poor performance as the reason for their dismissal. However, the engineer contended that no substantial evidence was provided to justify this decision, nor were they given any prior warning about their alleged shortcomings.
