A recent incident involving a woman from Dehradun has ignited significant online discourse after she accused a Rapido driver of abandoning her and a friend during a rainstorm. The situation unfolded when Janvi Choudhary, a content creator, shared a video on Instagram detailing her distressing experience, which she described as one of the most challenging travel moments she has ever faced. In her viral post, Choudhary recounted how the driver terminated their ride unexpectedly, leaving them stranded on the roadside amid heavy rainfall at approximately 8:30 PM. The video captured her standing in the downpour, expressing her frustration over the driver's decision to change the route without prior notice, stating that the alternative path he suggested was not even visible on the Rapido app.
