As the launch date for Google's highly anticipated Pixel 11 series approaches, excitement is building among tech enthusiasts. The company has officially announced that the Made by Google event will occur on August 12, where it will unveil several new devices, including the Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, Pixel 11 Pro XL, Pixel 11 Pro Fold, and the Pixel Watch 5. In the lead-up to this event, a recent leak has surfaced, providing insights into the expected pricing, battery specifications, and color options for the new smartphones. This information suggests that consumers may face a price increase compared to previous models, making it essential for potential buyers to stay informed about these developments.
According to the leak from well-known tipster Roland Quandt, all models in the Pixel 11 series will now come with a minimum storage capacity of 256GB, replacing the 128GB base option that was standard in the previous generation. The leaked pricing indicates that the Pixel 11 could retail for approximately GBP 879, which translates to around Rs. 1,12,000. The Pixel 11 Pro is expected to start at GBP 1,079 (about Rs. 1,37,000), while the Pixel 11 Pro XL may have a starting price of GBP 1,279 (approximately Rs. 1,65,000). These figures indicate a significant increase in price compared to the Pixel 10 series, which may be attributed to rising component costs and Google's decision to standardize the storage capacity across the lineup. Additionally, the leak suggests that the battery capacities for two of the three models may be slightly smaller than their predecessors, with the Pixel 11 expected to feature a 4985 mAh battery, the Pixel 11 Pro potentially having a 4850 mAh cell, and the Pixel 11 Pro XL likely to include a 5115 mAh battery.
